Photographer Michael Kenna’s wondrous landscapes

Michael Kenna is one of the world's best landscape photographers – his voluminous body of work has been widely exhibited, shared and talked about. Kenna has worked alongside legendary photographers – for many years he was Ruth Bernhard's printer, who was described by Ansel Adams as the “greatest photographer of the nude” – and his photographs now sit in the collections of prestigious museums and galleries including the National Gallery of Art in the US, the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague, the Patrimoine Photographique in Paris and London's Victoria and Albert Museum Kenna spoke to Clique about his professional process, and gave rare insight into the philosophy he has developed over many years taking stunning landscape images.
