Helsinki rejects Guggenheim museum proposal

HELSINKI (Reuters) – Helsinki rejected a proposal to build a 140 million euro ($185 million) Guggenheim museum on the Finnish capital’s waterfront, a notice on the city’s website said on Wednesday.
